Outdoor Trainer for Event & Training

faszinatour TRAINING EVENT SOLUTIONS plans active events with experience character as well as team trainings and coachings for companies: We offer various formats based on our "experiential learning" method, ranging from company outings to conference accompaniment, kick-off or team events to outdoor training for managers.

Requirements:

• Enjoy dealing with people
• Experience in group support
• outdoor enthusiasts, young or young-at-heart, fit and open-minded
• good command of English
• Knowledge in experiential education desirable, but not required, other training (systemic consulting, process trainer, etc.) is welcome as well as qualifications as high ropes cours trainer, whitewater guide or similar.

Contents:

• Project-related collaboration as a trainer at incentives & events and - depending on suitability - also in training and coaching (faszinatour organises approx. 300 events per year).
• Support of our demanding corporate clients
• Training on the job: learning from experienced trainer colleagues, good internal development opportunities
• Internal training of employees
